AION 2 Global Patch Notes — October 7, 2026
The first weekly patch after launch (maintenance from 23:30 PDT on October 6, 06:30 UTC on October 7) opens a free Founder's Pack shop for all characters and servers, caps Substance Morphs at 20 per server per week, raises Raw Leather drops in Chaotic Lower Reshanta, Verteron and Altgard, and adds a 25,000-Kina Resurrection Spiritstone to the Wind Breeze Merchants.

Maintenance window
NC's weekly scheduled maintenance for the Global service. The game could not be entered while it ran, and anyone online was disconnected when it started.

Founder's Pack shop and items
- Founder's Pack purchasers can use the Skins, Titles and other items on other characters and on other servers.
- A dedicated Founder's Pack shop lets you get, for free, the items you do not own yet, according to your Founder's Pack tier. It is open for all characters on all servers until NC posts a closure notice.
- Items you already own from your Founder's Pack are not given again. If you end up with duplicates in your inventory, NC plans to add a way to discard them later.
- Skins that you receive twice through the dedicated shop do not count against the purchase limit for paid Skins. A fix to prevent the duplicate entries is planned for a future update.
- If a Founder's Pack purchase will not complete, close the client and try again.
Economy and drops
- Substance Morph: a limit of 20 morphs per server per week is added to the formula that turns Sealed Wings into Enhance Stones.
- The drop rate of Raw Leather from monsters in Chaotic Lower Reshanta is increased.
- The drop rate of Raw Leather from monsters in Verteron and Altgard is increased.
New at the Wind Breeze Merchants
New Kina items are added at [In-Game Menu] > [Shop] > [Wind Breeze Merchants] > [Special].

Fixes
- Map Pins: the maximum number you can place was displayed incorrectly. You can place up to 30 Map Pins.
- Asmodian Challenge Season Missions: the "Daeva of Glorious Deeds" mission in the Weekly Missions could not be completed properly. Fixed.
- Settings > Key Settings > General: the "Movement Controls" option appeared several times. Fixed.
- Some Emote commands did not work properly in chat. Fixed.
