Are the AION 2 wallpapers official?
Yes. NCSOFT publishes free, official AION 2 wallpapers in the media/wallpaper section of the game's global teaser site (aion2.plaync.com). They use the same Unreal Engine 5 key art that fronts the global campaign — the Elyos and Asmodian factions and the aerial-battle world of Atreia — so they are high-resolution and safe to use as a desktop or phone background. Because they come straight from the publisher, they are the cleanest source: no watermarks, no sketchy third-party download sites.

How to download (step by step)
The process takes under a minute on a desktop browser:
- Open the official AION 2 teaser page and scroll to the wallpaper section (linked above).
- Click the wallpaper you want to open it at full size, or use any download button the page provides.
- If it opens as a full image, right-click it and choose Save image as… (on a phone, press and hold the image, then Save / Download).
- Pick the highest resolution offered so it stays sharp on your screen.
Set it as your wallpaper — Windows & macOS
Windows 10/11: right-click the saved image and choose Set as desktop background. For more control, open Settings → Personalization → Background, set Personalize your background to Picture, browse to the file, and set Choose a fit to Fill so it covers the screen without stretching.
macOS: right-click the image and choose Set Desktop Picture, or open System Settings → Wallpaper, click Add Photo, and select the file. Choose Fill Screen for the best fit.
Set it as your wallpaper — iPhone & Android
iPhone (iOS): save the image to Photos, open Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper, pick the image from your library, then set it for the Lock Screen, Home Screen, or both.
Android: open the saved image in your Gallery/Photos app, tap the menu (⋮), choose Set as wallpaper, then pick Home screen, Lock screen, or both. Exact wording varies a little by manufacturer.
Tip: phones are portrait, so a landscape desktop wallpaper may need cropping. If the official page offers a mobile/portrait version, grab that for the cleanest fit.
