AION 2 Advanced Access Servers: Full List, Elyos–Asmodian Pairings and the October 4–5 Maintenance

On September 29, 2026, NC published two notices to the official notice board: "Advanced Access Servers" and "Advanced Access Server Matchmaking." Together they give the first complete list of servers for the Founder's Pack window that opens September 30 — the same window our earlier coverage calls Early Access. Each server houses a single faction, and each Elyos server is paired with an Asmodian one. When you start, you choose a Region, then a Faction, then a server from those available in that region.

Europe has four pairs: Siel (Elyos) with Israphel (Asmodian), Nezekan with Zikel, Vaizel with Triniel, and Kaisinel with Lumiel. NA West has one pair, Siel and Israphel. NA East has two, Siel/Israphel and Nezekan/Zikel. Latin America has two, Siel/Israphel and Nezekan/Zikel. Asia has one, Siel/Israphel. That is ten pairs, 20 servers, at the start.

The server names repeat across regions because each region has its own server set; the notices do not say whether the shared names mean anything beyond that, and we do not read anything into it. The notice does not give server capacities or say when more servers will open.

The second notice explains the pairing. Elyos and Asmodians live on separate servers, but each Elyos server is paired with an Asmodian server "for a limited time." When you enter the Abyss or another cross-faction mode such as Spacetime Rifts, the opposing-faction players you meet come from your matched server. NC's own example: if Asmodian Israphel is paired with Elyos Siel, every Israphel Asmodian who enters the Abyss runs into Siel's Elyos.

Pairings will not stay fixed. NC says it will "update server pairings periodically to keep the factions balanced," so today's pairing may be replaced later. No schedule for changes was given. The notice does not say whether pairings will be reshuffled when Launch Servers open after October 5.

The Advanced Access Servers notice restates the timeline. Advanced Access runs from September 30 at 6 AM PDT (13:00 UTC) to October 4 at 10 PM PDT (October 5 at 05:00 UTC). Maintenance follows from October 4 at 10 PM PDT to October 5 at 6 AM PDT (05:00 to 13:00 UTC). Global Launch is October 5 at 6 AM PDT (13:00 UTC). NC adds that maintenance times are subject to change and points players to its social channels for updates.

The start and launch times match what we already carried on the launch time page. What is new is the eight-hour maintenance gap between the two: Advanced Access play ends the evening of October 4, and there is no play between then and the October 5 launch. Players who want to be in the client the moment servers open should also read the pre-download notice, which covers installing ahead of time.

As of September 29, 2026 the notices do not say how many players each server holds, whether queues will apply on Advanced Access servers, or how paired servers will be rebalanced. They also do not address the priority queue for "members in good standing" that NC described in its September 18 closing notice for the Launch Scale Test, so we do not know how it will apply here. The list is described as the "starting line up," which suggests more servers may follow, but NC does not say so directly.
