AION 2 Patch Notes — March 18, 2026
The March 18, 2026 update introduces a HUD editor, the Combat Power rating, and preset SETs, alongside Sanctuary challenge-count changes and shop/material-conversion tweaks. Translated from the official Korean update note.

Content & Systems
- Dungeon lobby: you can set a room's visibility to all factions or same-faction only (fixed after creation); Expedition/Transcendence/Sanctuary UIs add a “my faction” filter.
- HUD editor added (PC only): adjust grid spacing, UI ratio and chat font size; bulk-select, move, hide, group/ungroup UI; resize and flip some elements; settings saved per character.
- Combat Power rating added: a toggle on the item-level display, based on your stats (excluding consumable/skill buffs), weighted by each stat's PvE importance.
- Presets: the bulk-equip feature becomes a SET feature — build SET1/2/3 from individual gear/Arcana/skill/title/wing presets, with a temporary-equip concept and an explicit “Save changes.”
- Sanctuary: weekly challenge count for Abyssal Forge: Rudra and Corroded Decontamination Facility raised 2 → 4; mid-boss rewards revert to box drops; the Eroded Afterimage Bracelet gains +2.5% damage amplification; Corroded Decontamination Facility entry item level set to 3500.
- Material conversion / shop: Odd Energy conversion limited to 4/char and 12/server weekly; Sand Breeze purchase counts re-balanced (4/char, 12/server).

Event & fixes
- Event: “A Step Toward Tomorrow” — 28-day attendance book (Mar 18 → Apr 22).
- Improvements: max Arcana storage raised to 800; guaranteed-success crafts no longer fail when you take a hit; enhanced gear usable as a material where unenhanced gear is required; English added to voice-service settings; an enemy-faction [View Info] button and various shop/lobby QoL.
- Fixes: multiple Fire Temple / Ferocious Horn Den / Corroded Decontamination Facility boss fixes, Shugo Festa “Higher Higher” veil fix, and an NC probability-page correction.
- Reclaim: retroactive refunds for the lowered Stigma material-conversion Kinah cost (Dec 17 2025 – Feb 25 2026).
