AION 2 PvP Gameplay Showcase Streams on Twitch September 11

On September 9, 2026, the AION 2 Official YouTube channel posted a community announcement for a "PvP Gameplay Showcase" to be streamed live on the official Twitch channel (twitch.tv/aion2official) on September 11. The post names the hosts — Community Broadcaster Stella Chung and Senior Producer "Gator" — and the topic list: Elyos vs Asmodians, the Abyss, Rifts, Arena, and "everything AION 2 PvP has to offer."

That is the whole of the announcement. As of September 9, no start time has been published: the YouTube post does not carry one, and the Twitch channel's Schedule tab showed no entry for the week of September 7-13 when we checked. Nothing about September 11 is confirmed beyond the date and the venue, and we will update this page when NC posts a time.

For readers new to the terms in the topic list: Elyos and Asmodians are the two playable factions; the Abyss is the faction-war zone; Rifts are the openings that let one faction cross into the other's territory; and Arena is instanced small-scale PvP. NC has previously framed AION 2 as a large-scale RvR game — see its Summer Game Fest interview on the RvR focus from June — so a dedicated PvP stream ahead of launch is consistent with that positioning rather than a new direction.

This is the second stream in what is shaping up as a pre-launch series on Twitch with the same two hosts. The first, "[AION 2] Dungeon Live Gameplay Showcase", ran in the first week of September and is archived on the official Twitch channel as a 65-minute VOD (NC's YouTube post promoting it went up on September 5). Both differ from NC's first global community stream, the August 7 \"Beyond the Abyss\" global release preview, which was broadcast and archived on YouTube and carried a product change (30 days of Membership added to every Founder's Pack). NC bills the Twitch streams as gameplay showcases, not announcement streams — treat the September 11 date as a chance to see PvP systems played, not as a venue where NC has promised news.

The timing is the useful part. The stream lands six days before the Launch Scale Test, which is capped at level 37 — so it is the only scheduled look at Abyss and Arena play that most Western players will get before the free-to-play launch on October 5, if those systems sit above the test's level cap. NC has not published a content list for the test.

On the same day, September 9, a separate official community post restated the Launch Scale Test pre-download start — September 16 at 6:00 AM PDT — matching NC's August 26 notice exactly. No detail of the test has changed.
