What NC announced
On October 24, 2026, NC posted "Temporary Maintenance (EU)" on the official EN-US notice board. Game servers went down on October 24 at 17:30 PDT, which is October 25 at 2:30 CEST, for 2 hours 30 minutes, with login unavailable and players disconnected once it began. The only stated purpose is adjusting for the time zone change from Central European Summer Time (CEST) to Central European Time (CET). The notice has since been marked complete. It is separate from the October 8 EU cloud outage and its compensation.
Compensation items
With the maintenance marked complete, NC lists five bound compensation items: Life Crystal x5, Resurrection Spiritstone x3, Battle Enhance Scroll x5, Content Usage Ticket Selection Chest x1 and Odyle Energy x1. They arrive by in-game mail, and the notice says the mail expires within 7 days.
