AION 2 Hits 400,000 Active Players: Free Customization Voucher and Milestone Gifts
After the October 5, 2026 launch, NC gifted Resurrection Spiritstone x15 for 400,000 active players, sent every player a Customization Voucher, and scheduled a 3.5-hour maintenance for October 6-7 (PDT) with update details still to come.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Milestone gifts and the Customization Voucher
Within hours of the October 5 global launch, NC posted two gift notices on the official notice board. "Thank you for 400,000 Active Players" grants Resurrection Spiritstone (Bound) x15; the notice shows the earlier 300,000-player milestone gift as Artisan's Roasted Fogus (Bound) x15. NC does not state in the notice how or when the gifts are delivered, so check your in-game mailbox.
A separate notice, "Customization Voucher to All Players," sends every player one Customization Voucher (Bound), with the stated reason that many players were eager to change their character's skins. Per NC, open the Closet with ESC > Closet to change skins. The voucher is the same item type offered in the Twitch Drops 30-minute tier.
Maintenance on October 6-7
NC scheduled game-server maintenance for October 6 at 23:30 PDT (October 7 at 08:30 CEST). Duration is 3 hours 30 minutes, or 5 hours 30 minutes on the Asia servers. Login is unavailable and connected players are disconnected when it begins. The notice says update details "will be shared at a later time," so no patch contents are confirmed as of October 7, 2026, and the schedule may change. For server names and pairings see the launch servers list.
