Long-range bow DPS who kites and bursts from a safe distance.
The Ranger is AION 2's bow-wielding physical damage dealer, built to punish enemies from afar. Firing precise long-range shots, it keeps a wide read on the battlefield and adapts quickly, opening fights with heavy sniping damage before weaving in faster follow-up volleys. Its signature kit — Snipe, Rapid Fire, Spiral Arrow, Griffon Arrow, and Deadshot — pairs hard-hitting openers with sustained rapid attacks, the hallmark of a ranged DPS that never wants to close the gap.
Playstyle
A mobile, kiting ranged DPS: lead with a high-damage Snipe, maintain pressure with Rapid Fire and arrow skills, and use distance and movement to stay out of melee while chaining shots. Its strong burst and precision from range reward good positioning over standing toe-to-toe.
